⚠️ IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY NOTICE:

Just like the standard version, this Remote & Mic Edition STILL REQUIRES an external HDMI source (such as a PS5, Xbox, Fire Stick, Apple TV, or TV Box) connected to the HDMI input port for screen color synchronization.

It does NOT work with internal Smart TV apps (such as Netflix or YouTube running directly inside the TV software).

The screen color sync function works exclusively with external HDMI devices.

How To Install?

Tear off the adhesive tape and stick the light strip clockwise to the back ofTV from the bottom left corner. Fix the light strip in corners with clips.

Connect the light strip to the “LED Strip" Type-C port of the sync box.

Connect TV Box or other signal sources to the “input" port of sync box with an HD cable.

Connect Your TV or monitor to the “output" port of the sync boxwith the data cable.P

Power on the light strip with the power adapter.

Q1：Can I cut the LED strip if it's too long for my TV?

A:No, the light strip is non-cuttable. To maintain high-speed signal integrity and the precision of the RGBIC chips, the strip is factory-calibrated to its specific length. We offer three sizes (9.2ft, 12.5ft, and 16.4ft) to fit different TV ranges. If there is extra length, we recommend using the included clips to create a small loop at the corners.

Q2: Will the lights work with the built-in apps on my Smart TV (like Netflix or YouTube)?

A: Because the system uses HDMI data extraction, the sync function requires an external HDMI source (such as an Apple TV, Fire Stick, Gaming Console, or Cable Box). Built-in TV apps do not output a signal through the HDMI ports, so they cannot trigger the reactive lighting.

Q3: Is this better than a camera-based sync system?

A: Our HDMI-based system offers a highly responsive experience compared to camera-based alternatives. Since it reads the digital data directly, it is unaffected by ambient room light or reflections on the screen, resulting in much more accurate and consistent color matching.

Troubleshooting: Quick Fix for Lighting Issues

Q: What should I do if part of the LED strip isn’t lighting up or colors are out of sync?

A: No problem! This is often a simple connection glitch. Here’s how to reset it:

1. Press and hold the "RESET" button on the sync box for 5 seconds (the strip will flash red).

2. Unplug the power adapter from the outlet for 10 seconds.

3. Plug it back in. The lights will perform a white chase effect — this means the reset is complete!

Pro Tip: This process helps recalibrate the LEDs and solves most sync issues instantly.
