XCKU5P belongs to the Kintex ultrascale+ series of Xilinx's 16nm process. The differences between XCKU5P and XC7K325T are as follows:


The number of logic cells in XCKU5P is 1.5 times that of XC7K325T, and the DSP and Memory are both more than twice as many. Moreover, XKUC5P adopts a 16nm process, which offers higher performance, lower power consumption and higher frequency compared to XC7K325T.
