This XT90 connector uses 10AWG thick tinned copper silicone wire with ultra-low 0.55mΩ contact resistance—rated 30A continuous, 60A burst. Gold-plated solid copper bullets resist oxidation; PA nylon housing withstands 120℃. Silicone jacket stays flexible year-round, never shrinks when soldered. Pre-tinned ends for instant soldering to high-power ESCs. Available in three styles, 1-5 pieces each.

🔹 What It Is & How To Use

✅ This is: XT90 connector wire. 10AWG silicone tinned copper, 10cm. Three styles.

❌ This is NOT: A small-current signal wire. For 4S-8S high-power systems. Use XT30 or XT60 for smaller builds.

🔧 Style Selection:

Male-Female Pair: Plug-and-play extension lead.

Female Pigtail: Female XT90 → device side (high-power ESC/PDB).

Male Pigtail: Male XT90 → battery side.

🔧 Gender Note: Connector gender is determined by the internal metal terminal, not the plastic housing. Male = bullet pin, Female = socket tube.

🔹 Safety & Soldering

1.Polarity is Critical! Yellow = Positive(+), Black = Negative(-). Reversing instantly destroys ESC/FC and may cause fire! Double-check before soldering.
2.Soldering: Pre-tinned ends flow quickly. Use a 60W+ iron for the larger XT90 copper terminals. 3.Insulate with heat shrink after soldering.
Application: Suited for 4S-8S high-power systems. For smaller 1S-3S builds, choose XT30 or XT60.
